How do you ensure plants survive shipping?

We use custom-engineered, eco-friendly packaging designed to lock the soil in place and protect delicate foliage. Each plant is hand-inspected and secured to ensure it arrives at your doorstep healthy and vibrant.

What is your 'Live Arrival' guarantee?

We guarantee that your plants will arrive in good health. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days of delivery, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days. We avoid shipping on Fridays to prevent plants from sitting in warehouses over the weekend.

Do you provide plant care instructions?

Yes! Every plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific needs, including light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips to help your new green friend thrive.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once the plant has been prepared for shipping or picked by our greenhouse team, we are unable to make further adjustments.

Is the pottery included with the plant?

All plants are shipped in their plastic nursery pots to ensure root stability. However, we offer a wide selection of decorative ceramic and terracotta planters that can be added to your order.
